How do I access my cPanel?

Go to cpanel.drewautomations.co.uk and log in with the credentials from your welcome email. If you've lost them, email support and I'll resend.

How do I check my website leads?

Every form submission sends you an email immediately. You can also view all leads in your cPanel dashboard under "Website Leads".

My website is loading slowly. What should I do?

First, test from mobile data to rule out your internet connection. If it's still slow, email support with which page is affected and I'll investigate from my end.

How do I update content on my website?

Email support@ with what you want changed — which page, the current text, and the new text. Most updates are done same-day. Content updates are included in your monthly plan.

How do I set up email on my phone?

Use these settings: Server: mail.drewautomations.co.uk, IMAP port 993 (SSL), SMTP port 465 (SSL). Your username is your full email address, password from your welcome email.

I want to add a new page to my site

Email support@ with the type of page and content. Service area / location pages are £99 one-off. Minor additions may be included in your plan — I'll let you know.

How does billing work?

Monthly subscription is charged on the same date each month via Stripe. You'll receive a receipt by email automatically. Any questions, email support@.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Email support@ confirming you want to cancel. 30 days notice applies per your agreement. Your site stays live until the end of the notice period, and your domain stays in your name.
